I. Cancellation Policy
- Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your purchase, you may do so within 12 hours of completing your order.
- After 12 hours: Orders that have passed this period are no longer eligible for cancellation, as they will already be in processing.
II. Returning Goods
We want to ensure you love your purchase! However, we understand that mistakes can happen. We ask that you carefully check all details before confirming your order.
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Size: If the size you received doesn’t match your order.
- Wrong Design or Print: If the design or print on the goods differs from what was shown on the website.
- Damaged Goods: If the product is damaged (e.g., tearing, peeling, or breaking) upon arrival.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
Important Return Guidelines:
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
- You must notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt (based on tracking information) if there is an issue with the goods.
- If more than 14 days have passed since receiving your goods, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.
Condition for Returns:
- Your Goods must be unused, and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. All protective labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact and included.
- Goods that show signs of use or alterations will not be accepted.
Note:
We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.
III. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). If the original payment method is no longer valid, please reach out to our support team to arrange an alternative.
Once the returned goods are received (if return conditions are met), your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
IV. Exchanges
We do not generally offer exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is the wrong size, design, or damaged, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost. You will not need to place a new order for exchanges.
